I am a runner, and
I like to dance. After years of running on concrete, and going out in
heels at night, my lower back started to "go out" on me. I had

back ached some, but when this new level struck, it was "just help

I’ve used several collagen products in the last few years, but I prefer the capsules over the liquid. It’s much easier to remember to take. I’m more inclined to take it. Obviously, it will work for me better. My hair started growing in where it started to recede in front, around my hair line. The collagen facial is wonderful. I can feel it plump up my
